Hang Turnbull holds a degree in Economic Law and is a professional Vietnamese-English Interpreter Translator. She has extensive government and private sector experience in the Asia-Pacific, having spent the last two decades living and working in five Southeast Asia countries.  Ms. Turnbull believes socio-economic development & stability in the Asia-Pacific region are key to global security and human development. She is extremely dedicated and committed to enabling innovative solutions and bringing to bear technologies to effectively address 21st Century these global challenges.

Wayne Turnbull is an accomplished leader and international affairs professional with over 40 years of exceptional success as a defense and security assistance expert, strategic analyst, and problem solver. He is a former U.S. Army Colonel and Southeast Asia specialist with proven success designing and leading large, diverse programs with foreign partners.  Wayne is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College and holds a MA in International Relations from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA. 

Dr. Christopher Cowlin holds 8 graduate degrees across multiple disciplines and languages. He had the privilege of serving 35 years as a special operations bomb disposal technician and Senior EOD Department of Defense Official. He has worked and studied in 26 countries at length, with a focus on innovation in crisis, emerging technologies, and intercultural communication. Dr. Cowlin is married to academia, enamored with the history of the ancient Angkor, committed to oversized motorcycles, and never far from a Byzantine and peculiar tome. He measures life by what we give, not what we get.
